It has a low glycemic index, contains 16 of the 18 essential amino acids, is very rich in B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6) and vitamin E, protein, magnesium, potassium, and manganese, and is cholesterol-free.<br \/>\nBy using exclusively ancient Turanico wheat, we have created a pasta that is energy-rich yet light and easily digestible.
