DOP Umbria

This blend is crafted in full respect of tradition and production standards, from olive groves located in one of the areas most suited to olive growing, namely the hills of Bettona, Collemancio, and Giano dell’Umbria.<br data-start=”217″ data-end=”220″ />Our DOP expresses the typical aromas of Umbria and its distinctive character. It is made from Moraiolo, Frantoio, and Leccino olives, expertly blended in varying proportions each year.
